- Paleo Pizza – with recipes for every single crust option you could imagine Our favorites – Erica’s Hybrid Pizza w/cauliflower (used spinach, garlic & ham as toppings), and later we tried the allrecipes suggestion of using portobello mushrooms as a base (emmentaler, onions & organic hamburger toppings), & also followed Erica’s suggestion (in the comments) to create a focaccia with prosciutto and caramelized onions – this is an outstanding post!
- Dr. Mary Dan Eades’ Curried Chicken and Veggie Cauli-Cauli – Drake said this was the best stir-fry he’d ever eaten – but I used 4 USDA Natural Angus Ribeye Beef steaks instead of chicken (cut into strips), and homemade beef broth (about 2 cups), and a small red onion instead of the scallions Mary Dan calls for.
