Gym is closed today due to the holiday. If you can get somewhere with a barbell, do:
WOD
4 Rounds for Time of:
400m run
30 AbMat Situps
15 Deadlifts (225/135)

If no barbell available, substitute 15 strict pullups for the deadlifts.

Either way, watch this video. Whoever heard of urban skiing?

    I am going to open the gym up at 1630 so I can do the WOD. If anyone else would like to join me that would be just fine.
