  1. I PR’d but couldn’t get my goal of reaching in the 3 minute range. I need to work on my cycle rate for my squats but I don’t know what is a good way to train for that other than getting shorter legs.

      Shorter legs may work logan but I also heard that have copious amounts of facial hair tend to slow crossfitters down also. But the Honey badger dont care.
